Meet Our Dedicated Teams...

At Little Acorns Day Nursery, our strength lies in our passionate, experienced, and nurturing teams. We are proud to have built a close-knit group of early years professionals who work collaboratively to provide the highest standard of care and education in a supportive, family-like environment. 

We have a mixture of staff holding a NVQ or BTEC Level 2 or 3 in Childcare. Our Early Years Coordinator holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies, and we are proud to include a qualified Montessori teacher on our team. We also have nursery apprentices who are completing their childcare qualification. In addition, we have designated specialists for SENCO and child protection, ensuring every child’s needs are met with expertise and care.

Safety and well-being are paramount—All staff are trained in paediatric first aid, EpiPen administration, and child protection.  We have a designated safeguarding lead on site at all times.

We are deeply committed to continuous professional development. Our teams regularly participates in up-to-date training and development programs, ensuring we remain at the forefront of early years education and care
